Our team is made up of talented professionals from diverse backgrounds.  We apply a multidisciplinary approach combining technology, data, and political strategy with decades of experience.  We have assisted hundreds of candidates and advocacy groups with their voter outreach and engagement efforts.

Don Skillman

Senior Managing Partner: Business Development & Strategy

A long-time political operative, Don has held multiple positions in the political arena in both Washington, DC and the Pacific Northwest including serving as Legislative Director for Secretary of State Kim Wyman from 2012 to 2014.  Don cut his teeth in politics on the Dole-Kemp Presidential campaign in 1996 before moving on to various DC lobbying firms a year later.  Don relocated to the Pacific NW in the early 2000’s.  In 2015, Don became a founding member of Voter Science, LLC serving as Senior Managing Partner in charge of business development.  He also serves as a political consultant to various business organizations and political candidates.

Chad Magendanz

Managing Partner: User Experience and Mobile Applications

Hailing as Voter Science’s resident Chief Experience Officer, Chad is responsible for the development and maintenance of our mobile canvassing and fundraising solutions.  Chad began his career in the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant serving onboard nuclear submarines based out of Puget Sound.  Subsequent to this, Chad spent 10 years at Microsoft earning over 20 patents before entering politics as the Board President for the Issaquah School District.  He then served 2 terms as a State Representative representing Washington’s 5th Legislative District in Eastern King County, Washington.  Since 2017, Chad has managed all aspects of Voter Science’s mobile application development efforts.

Bill Cassill

Senior Managing Partner: Data Science and Analytics

Bill manages the full stack data science and data engineering operations for Voter Science.  Bill began his career as a statistician working at First Union and Bank of America before moving to the Pacific Northwest in the early 2000’s to work for AT&T Wireless.  Since then, Bill spent several years working in the tech sector in the Puget Sound area most notably for Amazon and Microsoft managing data science teams focused on Consumer Office and Personalization Experiences.  Since 2015, Bill has worked on and provided data science modeling solutions to many candidates running for local, legislative, and statewide offices as well as business and industry organizations looking to effectively identify and engage voters.

Bryan Myrick

Managing Partner: Communications and Industry Advocacy Liaison

Bryan serves as Voter Science’s chief communications strategist working with candidates and industry advocacy groups to hone their messaging and outreach strategies for effective voter engagement.  Bryan has spent the better part of 20 years in editorial positions and digital content planning and management.  Bryan currently manages communications strategy for several industry clients merging Voter Science’s data science and voter outreach capabilities with multi-channel digital communications to implement full-cycle voter engagement programs.

Manis Pierre

Lead Field Operations Consultant

Manis manages field operations efforts consulting with clients and organizations utilizing Voter Science’s voter engagement solutions including mobile canvassing, phone banking, texting, and robo-dials.  Manis has managed ground and phone center operations for multiple candidates since 2014.  He has also worked for the Washington State GOP and the Republican National Committee managing teams for statewide canvassing efforts.
